So it was Black Friday last week, in case you were hidden under a rock and had no access to the internet. In honour of Black Friday I thought I would look on the Boots website and see what they had to offer. After hours on the website I walked away with a fair few Christmas and birthday gifts, but also a couple of bits for now.
Revlon had incredible deals on and I’ve been eye-ing up this highlighting palette for months and never managed to pick it up because it was cracked on the shelf or I just completely forgot when I went out shopping.
This highlighting palette is the most beautiful shades of pink shimmer I’ve ever seen! It’s stunning. I bought the shade 020 Rose Glow and I’m so so impressed with this palette. It gives a stunning glow to your cheek bones to give you a sun kissed effect. I bought this palette with the intentions to wear it over Christmas and New Year to top off a festive look, but this will also look amazing in the summer so it’s a staple for all year round in my books. This palette is an utter bargain as well at only £9.99!
My second buy/s was the Revlon Matte Balms. They had a great deal on these at 4 for £10, and I now wish I bought more than just the 4 I did. I wish I bought the whole bloody collection for that price. These usually cost £7.99 each, so I picked up an amazing deal there!
The first shade I bought was a very festive one in my eyes, 250. It’s a red-brown colour and will look really nice on Christmas Day with a soft winged liner and dewy complexion.
The second shade I picked up was one very similar, but more of a dark purple colour. Shade 270, which I thought would be a great colour for a Christmas party.
The third shade put in my basket was more of a nude shade as I’m loving my nudes at the moment! Shade 255 is perfect for an everyday look for work or school.
The final shade is more of a summery colour, and I expected it to be a lot more pink than orange, but I still love it nonetheless! Shade 210 will look beautiful in the summer or spring.
