This season it’s all about creating the perfect nude look, so I’ve been rummaging about to try and find my favourite products to help achieve this. I love creating these sorts of looks so rummaging through my collection was so fun!

I am loving using the Rimmel London BB Cream at the moment. It’s really light on my face and gives a good amount of coverage. I’m quite lucky with my skin and rarely ever get a spot so this gives enough coverage on its own to even out my skin tone and brightens under my eyes. For a little more coverage and brightness under my eyes, I love using the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer in the lightest shade they have. I always use a lighter concealer than the foundation to help cancel out dark circles and illuminate that area.

I don’t often use the concealer palette simply because it’s quite tacky and difficult to blend. However, the finish is stunning if done correctly. I also love to use the Collection Contour Palette as it’s such a nice finish and the highlight gives such a stunning glow. I often mix this highlighter with the Revlon highlighter in shade 020 as that gives a subtle blush.

The two foundations I usually reach most for are MAC Studio Fix and Estee Lauder Double Wear. I prefer MAC’s foundation as it’s a lot better on my skin and a lot less watery. Recently I posted about my top foundations here if you’d like to read my comparisons between these foundations and two others.

I have a variety of lip products I love to use when creating the perfect finish to a nude look. I love to use my go to lip liner, Rimmel London Lasting Finish Lip Liner in shade 050. To fill in my lips, I use 1 of 3 lip products; Revlon Stay Matte Balm (255), Rimmel London Kate Moss Nude (43) or MAC’s Myth lipstick.

There you have it, my key ingredients to creating the perfect nude look. Let me know your favourite products and I’ll be sure to try and give it a go!
