This is going to be something different as I’ve never done one of these posts before. I feel like now is the time, mainly because I have so many empties at the moment! To be honest, I do use a lot of products, so I wanted to share my thoughts on the ones I’ve recently finished off.

I use Simple Skin Care body wash every time I have a bath or shower. It keeps my skin smooth and doesn’t irritate it whatsoever. To say I use a lot of Simple’s products religiously is an understatement. The happiness I felt when they released shower gels and bath soaks was crazy! I’d highly recommend to anyone who’s skin can get irritated easily.

Keeping in tone with shower products, I’ve recently finished with my Aussie Miracle Moist shampoo. This is my holy grail shampoo and conditioner combo. It helped rescue my hair when it was damaged and dryer than ever. I’ll use this shampoo for ever I think, it’s definitely my all time favourite.

The Mask of Magnaminty from Lush is something I can’t talk of highly enough. I use it once a week and it completely refreshes and revitalises my skin. It’s perfect for people who’s skin is lacking life. Using it just once a week is enough for my skin to get its glow back after a long week!

Onto a makeup product. I recently tried out the Revlon ColourStay foundation after seeing Tanya use it in one of her videos. I must say I didn’t like it as much as I thought I would. However, I would probably try this again at some point as I liked the coverage it gave me. Next time I would need to get a lighter shade as the shade I had bought was a bit orange and it took a lot to match my neck.

As a mum one of the things I love more than anything is a quick fix. That’s exactly what Batiste dry shampoo gives me. If I’m in a rush and need to make my hair a little more presentable then I will spray a small amount of this into my hair. It creates texture and makes it look like I’ve made a decent amount of effort with my hair when really it was minimal.

As mentioned earlier, I use a lot of Simple Skin Care products. Another product of theirs I love is the micellar cleansing wipes. I love micellar water, but when I saw these I simply had to pick some up to give them a go. I’m obsessed with these and so is Connor, that’s why we go through so many! They’re perfect for those days when you’re too tired (or drunk) to do an extensive routine as they work just the same as micellar water and cotton pads.

Something else that also works wonders getting rid of makeup and grime, my Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish. This has been part of my skincare for so long now I don’t know what I did before it. I use this whenever I wear heavy makeup as it removes it without a trace! An affordable pick if you’re looking for a product that really does do the job it’s meant to.

There’s some of my empty products lately. There are more, but I didn’t want to bore you to death. Some of these products are products I repurchase every time I run out, some not so much. Let me know what products you like to repurchase, and what ones you don’t in the comment section below!
